The short version
You pay per website. Refunds depend on how far your order has got. This table covers most cases. The full rules are below it.
01Before writing starts
Every order moves through the same stages: Brief, Writing, Editorial review, With publisher, Published and Link verified. You can see the current stage on each order.
If you cancel while a website is still at the Brief stage, we refund the full price for that website. This applies to each website in your order on its own.
Once a writer has started on your article, the Writing stage shows on your order and this full refund no longer applies.
02If a site can’t place your article
Sometimes a publisher can’t run an article. Their editorial rules may change, or the topic may not fit. If that happens, we tell you and you choose one of these:
- A free switch. Pick another site from the Marketplace at the same price or lower. We place your article there at no extra cost.
- A refund for that site. We refund what you paid for that website. Other sites in the order are not affected.
03After your link is live
When your article is published, we check the link and send you a live-link report. It confirms the page loads, the anchor text matches, the link attribute, that the page can be indexed, and the date we checked.
Once the link is live and verified, the order is complete and is not refundable.
Rankings and traffic
We guarantee the placement, the link and the anchor text you asked for. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or sales. Changes in search rankings are not a reason for a refund.
04How refunds are paid
All prices are in US dollars, and payments are processed by Razorpay. We send refunds back to the original payment method you used. Your bank may take a little time to show it.
Refunds are paid in USD for the amount you paid for that website.
05Contact us
To ask for a refund, contact us with your order number. A person on our team reads every request.
We may update this policy. If we do, we change the date at the top. Orders placed before a change follow the policy that applied when you paid.
